15 days Annapurna circuit Thorong pass

Annapurna 8,091 m. 10th highest peak in the world, one of the busy tea house trekking routes at west Nepal. For this trek you can drive until Manang village, but for high acclimatization, trek start from Chame village, following the Marshyangdi river through several Manangge village gradually ascend pass through Brathang, Pissang, Humde, Braga, Manang, Thorong Phedi to Thorong Pass, descend to Muktinath. Trek starts from Chame Bazaar and trek ends at Jomsom.

The age doesn’t make any difference for this short trek, from 17 to 70 years, anyone can do this trip if you are physically fit and healthy. From Pissang village beginning the higher part of Manang, you can see a very clear view of Pisang peak, Lamjung and Annapurna range. From Thorong pass if the weather allows, you can get excellent view of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche peak, Annapurna range, Manaslu, Bhouda Himal, Chulu west, Kalai Gandaki valley and some Tibet border peaks.

There are several tourist standard hotels and lodges available on trekking routes, which make it easy and better for accommodation and daily meals during this trek. We suggest you bring your own sleeping bag, sometimes the hotel or lodge’s blankets are not warm enough.


We will inform you all the details about this trek, before starting from Kathmandu, there will be one porter between two tourists to carry 25 to 30 kg. luggage, one experienced trekking guide for a group, he /she will suggest a trekking route, meals and accommodation.

Tips for staffs.

Daily Itinerary:

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with flowers, drive to stars hotel as your booking, welcome drinks at reception check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant our tour manager will brief you about trekking and other necessary information.

Early morning after breakfast, the guide will pick you up at the hotel. Drive with guide and porters to Khudi (Beshishar) by private vehicle 4 to 5 hours drive, after Beshishar change another jeep drive about 3 to 4 hours to Chame Bazaar for overnight lodge or hotel accommodation.

After breakfast, start your first day trek, cross the bridge at Marshyangdi river, easy trek to Brathang for lunch trek continue gradually climbing a small pass, overnight lodge or hotel accommodation at Pisang village.   4 to 5 hours trek.

After breakfast, easy trek to Humde airport stop for lunch, cross the Marsyangdi river bridge, easy trek to Braga village for overnight lodge or hotel accommodation.    5 to 6 hours trek

After breakfast, visit the Braga monastery. Now you are above 3,500m. high, you will feel very thin and dry air, walk slowly step by step to Manang village for lunch and overnight hotel or lodge accommodation about 2 hours trek. There are several lodges and hotels at Manang. Your guide will look for good accommodation. Because you need to stay for two nights here at Manang.

Rest for the high acclimatization visit around the village or lake below the village, If you like you can take a hot shower.Day time good eating - drinking and relaxing.

After breakfast, easy trek to Yak kharka for lunch, trek continues to Thorong phedi for overnight lodge accommodation. It is an easy day, not necessary to climb just below the Phedi a little bit to climb.    6 to 7 hours trek.

Early morning breakfast, gradually ascend to Throng pass, from pass you can see excellent view of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche peak, Nil giri, Annapurna range, Manaslu, Bhouda Himal, Chulu west, Kaligandaki valley. Pack lunch (picnic) at the teahouse with hot drinks or soup descent to Muktinath for overnight lodge or hotel accommodation. There are several hotels and lodges at Muktinath.    7 to 8 hours trek.

After breakfast, visit Muktinath temple and monastery if you are interested or just relax after lunch gradually descend to Kagbeni for overnight lodge or hotel accommodation. At Kali Gandaki valley afternoon always windy.    2 to 3 hours trek.

After breakfast, trek along Kali Gandaki river stop for lunch at ekle Bhatti, trek continue to Jomsom for overnight hotel accommodation. Jomsom is the capital of Mustang district, there are several tourist standard hotels, lodges and restaurants available.    5 to 6 hours trek.
After dinner Tips for your guide and porters. Trek a successful gathering party with your trekking staff and team members.  Complete the trek.

After breakfast, about 30 minutes morning flight from Jomsom to Pokhara with your guide, from airplane you can see excellent views of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche, Annapurna range, Machhapuchhre, Kali Gandaki valley and Pokhara city. Hotel’s vehicle waiting for you at the airport, drive to stars hotel as your booking, welcome drinks at reception check in hotel, lunch and dinner as your choice at any restaurant.

After late breakfast, boating at Fewa lake, lunch at lakeside, afternoon sightseeing at Davis fall, Tibetan refugee camp and peace stupa, dinner as your choice at any restaurant.

After breakfast 200 km. drive by tourist bus to Kathmandu with a guide, lunch on the way. At Kathmandu welcome drinks at the reception check in the hotel, dinner as your choice at any restaurant.

After breakfast, the city guide will pick you up at hotel, short drive to Swyambhu nath, which is oldest Buddhist stupa in the world, build 2,500 years ago. Visit around the stupa, offering the butter lamps, from Swayambhu you can see a very clear view of Kathmandu valley. Drive to Bhoudha, biggest Buddhist stupa in the world, build late 15th or early 16th century. Around Bhouda there are several Buddhist monasteries. Visit around the stupa and different monasteries. After lunch drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square for sightseeing, from Durbar square walk to Thamel tourist market sightseeing. Evening our representative will take you for a farewell Nepali typical dinner with a culture program. After dinner back to the hotel.

After breakfast or lunch, our representative will drive before three hours your flight time to airport, flight back to your destination.  Complete the trip.
