Thamserku Himalayan peak 6,608m. high from above sea level. It is situated east of Namche bazaar, Khumbu region in Nepal. The Himalayan peak is really steep and difficult for the summit. It was first ascent on 1964 from the south by members of Edmund Hillary's Schoolhouse Expedition by Lynn Crawford, Pete Farrell, John McKinnon and Richard Stewart.
As per our itinerary, 4 days trek starts from Lukla through Namche Bazaar, Pungi Tenga to Thamserku base camp. After the summit the same way back to Lukla airport and flight out from Lukla to Kathmandu.
For this expedition, age doesn’t make any difference, if you are physically fit and healthy, between 18 to 70 years. During the expedition, if someone is seriously injured or sick, the only option is to be rescued by a Helicopter. The rescue is quite expensive, everyone needs to buy travel insurance from their own country. If not, we will help. You can buy such insurance policies in Kathmandu too.

For this expedition, you can make your own group or you can join with other groups. Before your arrival at Kathmandu all the necessary climbing permit, lesion officer, base camp staff, equipment and foods, climbing Sherpas, transportation and other requirements will be ready in time.

We provide services for, expedition route permit and lesion officer, custom clearance at airport for the expedition equipment, ground transportation, domestic flight, personal life and medical insurance for the lesion officer, Nepalese staff and porters, rescue flight if necessary, hotel reservation etc.
Tent accommodation, meals (breakfast-lunch-dinner) with hot drinks. human or animal porters, base camp staff cook, kitchen boys, climbing guide, climbing Sherpas (porters), one person one tent accommodation with double mattresses at base camp, dining tent with Table, stools and gas heater, Kitchen tent with kitchen utensils, store tent, shower tent, toilet tent, solar panel with battery for recharge electric device, Satellite phone sets for communication etc.

Note:High altitude tents, climbing gears, climbing equipment for Sherpa, high altitude foods, Oxygen bottles, HP gas, walkie-talkie sets etc. expedition team should bring or buy at Kathmandu.
Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with flowers, drive to a star hotel as your booking, and welcome drinks at reception, check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant, our tour manager will brief you about the expedition and other necessary information.
Check the expedition’s equipment, shopping other necessary items what you need, just relax at same hotel or visit as you like.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel, drive to the airport for about, 35 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m.) During the short flight you can get an excellent view of Jugal Himal range, Gauri Shanker, Dudh Kunda and Kwangde. Lunch at Lukla meet with the expedition staff, after lunch an easy trek about two hours to Ghat village if the flight on time, if there is flight delay, because of weather or other problem overnight hotel accommodation at Lukla. Next day trek to Phakding.
After breakfast, an easy trek lunch at Benker, trek continue check National park entry pass at Monjo post, cross the suspension bridge overnight lodge accommodation at Jorsalle. 4 to 5 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Larcha Dhoban, cross the suspension bridge at Dudh kosi, gradually climb up to Thoop Danda for tea or lunch. From this place you can see the first view of Mt. Everest. Trek continues overnight hotel accommodation at Namche Bazaar. 6 to 7 hours trek.
At Namche bazaar, there are several hotels and lodges available. Your guide will find a good accommodation for your two-night stay at Namche. There are many trekkers shops, ATM and good Wi-Fi service.
Rest for high acclimatization visit Namche Sherpa villages, Namche monastery and national park museum overnight same place. From outside the national park museum, you can see a spectacular view of Mt. Everest summit and Khumbu Himalaya
After breakfast, an easy trek lunch at Sanasa after a short rest, an easy trek to Phungi Tenga, cross the Dudh koshi river bridge, trek through rhododendron and pine forest to Thamserku base camp for overnight camp. 5 to 6 hours trek.
Your Sherpa and staff will establish the base camp, set up all the tents at the base camp.
As a local Sherpa’s Buddhist tradition, worship before you climb Thamserku. A local Lama will offer a puja ceremony and hang the prayer flags at the base camp for the peace, long life and success of the expedition.
Check and fix your climbing equipment to make it ready to climb for the next days
After four-night well acclimatize at the base camp, from day 11 to 24, during 14 days period climbing from base camp to summit and back to base camp will be enough time. If not, you can extend the time for the summit.
Packing all your personal equipment. Staff will clean the base camp, collect all the garbage for disposal. Complete the expedition.
After a successful summit, trek back the same way to Namche Bazaar. Lunch at Sanasa.
After breakfast, descend to the valley, cross the bridge. Lunch stop at Phakding, trek continues to Lukla for overnight hotel accommodation.
After dinner Tips for the staff, celebrate expedition success party with team members and staff at Lukla.
After breakfast, flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu airport our representative is waiting for you, drive to the star hotel, welcome drinks at the reception check in the room. Lunch as you chose at any restaurant. Afternoon free day as you like.
Free day to sightseeing or shopping for gifts and other at Kathmandu. Evening our representative will take you for a farewell Nepali typical dinner with a culture program. After dinner, back to the hotel.
After breakfast or lunch, our representative will drive three hours before your flight schedule to the airport, flight back to your destination. Complete the trip.
