It is advisable to make your reservation well in advance for trekking, expeditions, domestic flights and accommodation etc. in Nepal and India at least one month, Tibet at least two months before start your trip by email. If you book in advance, we have time to arrange all the necessary equipment, field staff, transportation and obtain permits and documents.
On receipt of your proposal, we will communicate with you for the details of the trip, service and cost. For booking confirmation to make sure the trip, you have to deposit 25% of the total cost at our Austria or Nepal bank account.

The balance 75% should be paid in convertible currency before the trip begins. If you cancel the trip after paying the 25% deposit, you will receive only a 50% refund. After starting your trip, if you cancel or if the trip is cut short by you, we are unable to give any refund.
