Muktinath, a sacred holy pilgrimage site located in above Kali Gandaki river, Mustang district of Nepal, is a holy place for both Buddhist and Hindu religions. Muktinath offers spiritual liberation, eternal flame, and stunning Himalayan views, making it a unique and enchanting destination for all. There are 108 sacred water sprouts and a Vishnu temple for the Hindu religious. Beside the temple, there is a Buddhist monastery, where you can see the blue flame in water.
Tours at Muktinath: From Jomsom to Muktinath via Kagbeni bazaar drive by privet jeep about 23km. which takes about one hour, the motor road condition some places are really raff. During the drive you can see beautiful views of village and farming. You will stop at Kagbeni bazaar for tea or coffee, Kagbeni situated at the bank of Kaligandaki river which is the entry gate for Mustang region to Tibet border.
Muktinath is the main trekking trail for Annapurna circuit (Throng pass) which is one of the busy trekking routes for the budget trekkers. Now days there are direct motor road from major cities to Muktinath, there are direct panoramic flight between Jomsom and Pokhara, which save the time for the Muktinath travellers. From this Kali Gandaki valley, you can get excellent Himalayan views of Dhaulagiri range, Tukche peak and Nil Giri.
The age does not make any difference from 7 to 70 years, anyone can do this trip if you are physically fit and healthy. Anyone can join this package trip from mid-September to the end of May. This trip is suitable for families and student groups who can’t go for the high elevation trek but they love the Himalayas and the beauty of nature. There are several Tourist standard hotels, lodges and restaurants available at Jomsom and Muktinath.
Flight and transportation: For the international flight, there is several direct and Connecting flight from all over the world to Kathmandu Tribhuvan international airport (KTM) Nepal. For this trip Kathmandu or Pokhara and Pokhara / Jomsom / Pokhara we provide flight. For the ground transport we provide privet vehicle as your group size.
Visa and permits: All foreign nationals, other than Indian citizens, are required to obtain a tourist visa to enter in Nepal. You can apply online visa from your home country through Nepal embassy or consular.
Meals and accommodation: At Kathmandu and Pokhara, we provide 3-star hotel accommodation twin sharing basic bed and buffet breakfast service. All the rooms attached with bath and WC. There are several tourist standard restaurants at Kathmandu and Pokhara, for the meals and drinks as your choice.
At Jomsom and Muktinath we provide Hotels, lodge or guest house accommodation twin sharing basic with bed and breakfast. At this region there are several small restaurants with beautiful views of Himalaya, we provide each day different fixed menu, you can decide with your guide before your order.
Guide: For this trek you need a trekking guide for your security and service. We provide an experience trekking guide for you, who been this trek before and who have an idea about good lodges or guest houses.
Rescue flight: If you are seriously injured or sick drive to nearest hospital it takes long time. The best and fast service by helicopter rescue service from Kathmandu. Which is really expensive, we suggest you, please issue a travel insurance policy from your home country or at Kathmandu.
Rafting at Trisuli river: After trekking you can enjoy a really exciting and adventurous Himalayan white water rafting with beautiful rapids at Trisuli river, overnight accommodation at the river side hotel, different activities with camp fire and BBQ dinner. Sightseeing in Kathmandu: Sightseeing at major old cities at Kathmandu, like Bhaktapur, Patan (seven world heritage sites) where you can see the iconic Buddhist stupas, monastery. Hindu temples, old palaces and cultures of Nepal.
Sightseeing in Pokhara: Pokhara is a beautiful city with the view of Fish tail and Annapurna Himalayan range, where you can enjoy the boating at Fewa lake, sightseeing at Tibetan refugee camp, Davis fall, peace stupa and Sarankhot hill for the Himalayan views. You can enjoy your meals with the ecstatic Himalaya views at Pokhara lake side.

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with flowers, drive to the star hotel as your booking, and welcome drinks at reception check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant our tour manager will brief you about tours, rafting, jungle safari, sightseeing and other necessary information.
After breakfast city guide will pick you up at hotel, short drive to Swyambhu nath, which is oldest Buddhist stupa in the world, build before 2,500 years ago. Visit around the stupa, offering butter lamps, from Swayambhu you can see the view of Kathmandu valley. Drive to Bhoudha nath, which is the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world, built in the late 15th or early 16th century. Around Boudha there are several Buddhist monasteries. Visit around the stupa and different monasteries. After lunch, drive back to Kathmandu Durbar Square for sightseeing, visit different Hindu and Buddhist temples, and walk to the Thamel tourist market. Farewell Nepali typical dinner with culture program, after dinner back to hotel.
After breakfast, check out the room. Your tour guide will pick you up at the hotel, drive to the airport, 32 minutes short flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. You can see the Jugal Himalayan range, Annapurna, Fish tail and a beautiful view of rivers, valleys and local villages. At Pokhara airport, a hotel's vehicle will be waiting for you, a short drive to the star hotel as your booking, and welcome drinks at the reception check in the room. After a short rest, take lunch at a lake side restaurant. Afternoon sightseeing at Davis fall, Tibetan refugee camp and peace stupa and boating at Fewa lake. Buffet dinner and a Fish tail lodge lake side.
Early morning after breakfast, check out the room drive to the airport 20 minutes flight from Pokhara to Jomsom. The airplane flew above Kali Gandaki valley, between the Dhaulari and Annapurna Himalayan range. From the airplane you can see spectacular views of Dhaulagiri, Tukuche peak, Fish tail, Annapurna range, Nilgiri and a beautiful view of Kaligandaki valley.
From Jomsom airport walk to the hotel for overnight accommodation, welcome drinks at the reception check in the room. Lunch and dinner at the same hotel’s restaurant. Afternoon visit around Jomsom, you will see spectacular views of Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri and Tukuche peak.
After breakfast, check out the room, drive to Muktinth by private jeep, check in the hotel or guest house after lunch and visit the Hindu temple and Buddhist monastery at Muktinath. Afternoon leisure day. Dinner at the same hotel or guest house.
After breakfast, check out the room, drive back to Kagbeni for lunch, and visit Kagbeni and Kali Gandaki valley. Kagbeni is the main entrance gate for the Upper Mustang region. Afternoon drive back to Jomsom check in room, buffet dinner at same hotel’s restaurant.
After breakfast, check out the room, walk to the airport. Morning flight back from Jomsom to Pokhara. At Pokhara airport, vehicles waiting for you, drive Fewa lake side hotel as your booking. After lunch sightseeing at Pokhara and boating at Fewa lake. Evening dinner as your choice at any restaurant.
Early morning after breakfast drive from Pokhara to Charaudi 117 km. by privet vehicle for rafting at Trisuli river. Meet with rafting crews rafting at Trisuli river, there are several rapids (Twin rock, Ladies Delight, Upset and Surprise) which makes you very excite. After two hours rafting stop for lunch at the bank of Trisuli river. Take one hour rest, rafting continues. Afternoon after, complete the rafting trip drive to Chitwan jungle lodge for safari. Check in the A/C room, short rest enjoy the buffet dinner.
After breakfast as your program ride on elephant for two hours jungle safari, at the jungle you can see wild rhinos, elephants, deers, wild boars, monkeys, peacocks and other wild birds, back to hotel for buffet lunch, after short rest ready for jungle drive visit crocodiles breeding centre, overnight same Jungle lodge at Chitwan. After buffet dinner enjoy Tharu culture stick dance program.
After breakfast visit elephant breeding centre and Tharu village back to jungle lodge for lunch, after lunch drive 4 to 5 hours back to Kathmandu, welcome drink at reception check in room, dinner at same hotel’s restaurant as choice menu.
After early morning breakfast drive to Kathmandu airport for mountain flight. During one hour’s flight you can see spectacular views of Shisha Pangma in Tibet, Dorje Lhakpa, Phurbi Chyachu, Gauri Shanker, Dud Kunda Himal, above 8,000m. peaks Cho Oyu, Mt. Everest, Lhotse below 8,000m. peaks Gyachhungkang, Pumori, Nuptse, Baruntse, Chamlang, Ama Dablama, Thamserku, Khangtega, many unnamed Himalayan peaks, rivers, high trekking passes and famous Sherpa villages at Solu Khumbu region.
After one hour flight drive from airport to Bhaktapur old city’s sightseeing, lunch at Bhaktapur. After lunch drive to Patan Durber squar for sightseeing. Drive back to Kathmandu at your hotel. Evening farewell Nepali typical dinner with culture program, after dinner back to hotel. Complete the Trip.
