About this trekking: Everest Khumbu region is one of the expensive trekking destinations for the trekkers at Nepal. Because very necessary supply takes from Kathmandu by flight to Lukla or charter flight by helicopter, the daily life is much more expensive day by day. Khumbu is the sacred home land for the world-famous SHERPA people. Namche Bazar is the main gate for Mt. Everest Khumbu region. At this region Sagarmatha national park protect the wild life and environment really good situation until now. During the trek you can watch very closely the wild animals and birds.
During the trek you can get spectacular views of Khumbu region’s Himalayan peaks. You can visit Buddhist monasteries, Sherpa villages and families.
This trek will start from Lukla airport (alt. 2,840m.) you will reach at (alt. 3,867m.) Tyangboche monastery, if you are fit well, you can climb more. For this trek age doesn’t make any different from 12 to 70 years age, anyone can do this trek if you are physically fit and healthy.
Flight and transportation: For the international flight, there is several direct and Connecting flight from all over the world to Kathmandu Tribhuvan international airport (KTM) Nepal. For this trek we provide Kathmandu or Rameachap / Lukla / Kathmandu flight.For the ground transport we provide privet vehicle as your group size.
Visa and permits: All foreign nationals, other than Indian citizens, are required to obtain a tourist visa to enter in Nepal. You can apply online visa from your home country through Nepal embassy or consular
Meals and accommodation: At Kathmandu we provide 3-star hotel accommodation twin sharing basic bed and buffet breakfast service. All the rooms attached with bath and WC. At Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan, there is several tourist standard restaurants choice for the meals and drinks.
We suggest you bring your own sleeping bag, sometime hotel or lodge’s blankets are not warm enough.
During the trek, we provide lodges or guest houses accommodation twin sharing basic with bed and breakfast. There is several lodges and hotels are available for this trek, some looks very comfortable with fire heating system and Wi-Fi which make easy for the trekkers
At Khumbu region there are several small restaurants with beautiful views of Himalaya, we provide each day different fixed menu, which you can decide with your guide before order your order meals.
Guide and porters: For this trek you need a trekking guide for your security and service. We provide an experience trekking guide for you, who been this trek before and who have an idea about good lodges or guest houses.
The porter is an option, do you need or not? If you are really fit to carry your own personal trekking equipment it is not necessary to pay extra for the porter. The porter can carry between 25 to 30 kg. luggage.
Trekking equipment check list: Trekking boots, light shoes / trainers, down or fibre pile jacket, fleece or sweater, shirts (x 3), trekking trousers (and /or long skirt for women), waterproof poncho or umbrella, sun hat, woollen hat, gloves, socks (x 3), underwear (including thermals).
Other essential items: Kitbag and padlock, small rucksack, sleeping bag (4 seasons +) with liner, water bottle (1 litre capacity), head torch, personal first aid, sun and snow glasses/goggles, sun cream (factor 15+) & lip slave, towel & wash kit, whistle, passport, passport-size photographs, plastic bags, money belt.
Optional: Camera (with high-capacity memory cards and extra batteries), trekking poles / walking sticks, binoculars, notebook, pen etc.
Rescue flight: If you are seriously injured or sick drive to nearest hospital it takes long time. The best and fast by helicopter rescue service from Kathmandu. Which is really expensive, we suggest you, please issue a travel insurance policy from your home country or at Kathmandu.
Sightseeing: As itinerary you can enjoy the city sightseeing at Kathmandu valley UNESCO world heritage sites and Pokhara cities by privet vehicle with city guide.
River rafting and jungle safari: You can enjoy an excitement one day rafting at Trisuli river, after rafting afternoon drive to Chitwan jungle lodge, during two days at jungle you can enjoy elephant ride jungle safari and different activities. we provide one day rafting at Trisuli river. You will spend two nights at Chitwan jungle lodge, during that period you can enjoy elephant ride jungle safari and different activities.

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with the flowers, drive to stars hotel as your booking, welcome drink at reception check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant our tour manager will brief you about trekking and other necessary information.
After breakfast city guide will pick up you at hotel, short drive to Swyambhu stupa, which is oldest Buddhist stupa in the world, build before 2,500 years ago. Visit around the stupa, offering butter lamps, from Swyambhu you can see view of Kathmandu valley. Drive to Bhoudha nath, which is the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world, build late 15th or early 16th century. Around Bhoudha there are several Buddhist monasteries. Visit around the stupa and different monasteries. After lunch at Bhoudha, drive back to Kathmandu Durbar Square for sightseeing, visit different Hindu and Buddhist temples walk to Thamel tourist market. Dinner at Indian restaurant.
After breakfast at the hotel, your guide will pick you up drive to airport about 35 minutes morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (alt. 2,840m.) from the airplane you can get excellent view of Jugal Himal range, Gauri Shanker, Karyalung, Numbur and Kwangde peak. After landing at Lukla airport, you will meet with your porters, lunch at Lukla. Your first day trekking start an easy trail about three hours to Phakding village.
After breakfast, easy trek until Larcha dhoban, cross the suspension bridge at Dudh Koshi river gradually climb up to Namche, Pack lunch with hot tea or juice at Thoop Danda, from Thoop danda you can see the first view of Mt. Everest. Trek continue to Namche Bazer for o/n hotel accommodation. There are several hotels and lodges with Wi-Fi, hot shower and other facilities at Namche, you guide will check and choose which one comfortable for you. 6 to 7 hours trek.
Namche is the main tourist market for Khumbu region with the facility of Bank, ATM service, Wi-Fi, trekkers shops, different hotels and lodges.
Rest for high acclimatization, after breakfast, you can visit Namche monastery, Sherpa village and national park museum o/n back to the same hotel. From National Park Museum you can see excellent view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Tawache, Amadablam, Thamserku, Khang tega, Kusum Tsenga, kwangde and Khumbi illa.
After breakfast, easy trek lunch at Sanasa after short rest easy trek to Phungi Tanga, cross Dudkosi river gradual climb up Tyangboche o/n lodge or accommodation at Tyangboche 6 to 7 hours trek.
From Tyangboche you can see spectacular view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Tawuche, Kwangde, Kusum Tsenga, khang tega, Thamserku, Amadablam and many other small Himalayan peaks. Today you will surround with Himalaya, you feel very exciting and happy. Enjoy your holiday.
After breakfast, same route descends to Phungi Tanga, lunch at Sanasa, after lunch trek to Khumjung village for o/n accommodation at hotel or lodge. Afternoon visit Khumjung monastery and Khunde hospital 3 to 4 hours trek.
After breakfast visit Everest view hotel (world highest elevation’s hotel) descend to Namche bazar for lunch. From Namche gradually descend to Larcha dhoban cross the suspension bridge easy trek to Monjo for o/n accommodation 4 to 5 hours.
After breakfast, trek to Choplung for lunch, trek continue to Lukla for overnight hotel accommodation 4 to 5 hours trek.
After dinner Tips for your trekking crew, happy trek successful gathering party with crew and team members. Trek complete.
After breakfast 35 minutes flight Lukla to Kathmandu with your guide, at Kathmandu airport vehicle waiting for you, drive to the hotel, welcome drink at reception check in room, lunch and dinner as your choice. Afternoon leisure day, you can visit or shopping as you like.
After breakfast your city guide will pick you up from hotel, drive to Patan Durbar square for sightseeing. You have to check-out room, today afternoon you will flight to Pokhara. Afternoon as your flight time drive to airport.
for 32 minutes of short flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. You can see
beautiful view of Jugal Himal range, Annapurna range, and
Machhapuchera from airplane. Hotel’s vehicle waiting for you, drive to hotel and lake side 3-star hotel as your booking, welcome drink at reception, check
in room. After lunch sightseeing at Pokhara peace stupa, back to hotel. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant.
Early morning after bed tea drive to Sarankhot hill for sunrise view. From this view point you can get spectacular views of above 8,000m. peaks Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I, Manaslu and other Himalayan peaks Annapurna, II, III, IV, Lamjung, Fish Tail, Annapurna south, Hiuchuli, Mardi and other unnamed peaks.
After breakfast at Sarankhot drive for country side tours to Naudanda, Khara, Dhampus, Yanja Tibetain camp, Mahendra pul and back to hotel. Dinner at lake side restaurant.
Early morning after breakfast drive from Pokhara to Charaudi 117 km.by privat vehicle for rafting at Trisuli river. Meet with rafting crews for rafting at Trisuli river, there are several rapids (Twin rock, Ladies Delight, Upset and Surprise) which will always excite you throughout the rafting. After two hours rafting stop for lunch at the bank of Trisuli
river. Take one hour rest, rafting continues to Fun beach resort for night accommodation, in this resort there are several activities, swimming pool, sports and evening camp fire, serves BBQ dinner.
After breakfast at the resort, rafting at Trisuli river pass through Bijili and Tea pot rapids, after 3 to 4 hours rafting stop for lunch at Simaltal. After short rest good by with rafting crews, drive by private A/C vehicle to Chitwan National Park for Jungle safari. At Jungle lodge, welcome drink at reception, check in room. Jungle lodge Manager will brief you about the safari. Buffet dinner at same lodge’s restaurant.
After breakfast visit elephant breeding centre and Tharu village back to
jungle lodge for lunch, after lunch drive 4 to 5 hours back to
Kathmandu, welcome drink at reception check in room. Evening farewell Nepali typical dinner with culture program, after dinner back to hotel. Complete the Trip.
