About Adventure trek: At the Himalayan region in Nepal, there are many beautiful trekking areas above 5,000m. elevation, cross several high passes. Trekking routes are completely remote, some treks it takes more than three weeks journeys to complete the trek, without any local lodges or tea houses. Our goal is for you to enjoy the trek without any stress. Successfully crossing high passes is a genuine achievement for any adventurer.
 
For these remote areas, we organize fully supported tented camping Treks. We provide everything you need for the trek, including plenty of food supplies and an experienced trekking team (guide, cook, Sherpa helpers and porters).


🛂 Important Pre-Trip Information:

How to reach at Nepal:
By flight: There are numerous direct and connecting flights to Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) from around the world. Flight tickets can be booked through your preferred travel agent or directly online.

Entry by Road: If you plan to enter Nepal from the Indian or Tibetan border, direct transportation services are available or we can send a vehicle as your requirement.
 
Tourist Visa for Nepal: All foreign nationals, other than Indian citizens, are required to obtain a Tourist Visa to enter Nepal.
 
Pre-Arranged Visa: We suggest applying for an online tourist visa through the nearest Nepalese Embassy or Consular office in your home or neighbouring country.

Visa on Arrival: Alternatively, you can obtain a Visa on Arrival at Kathmandu's Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) or at any official land entry point from the Indian or Tibetan border.

For Visa on Arrival, you will need:
•    A completed visa application form (which you can fill up at immigration desk)
•    A recent passport-size photograph.
•    Your passport, valid for a minimum of six months.
•    The required visa fees (cash is often required).

Note: Be prepared to wait in a queue during peak travel seasons before the immigration office issues your tourist visa.
 

Hotel accommodation in the city: Major cities offer a range of accommodation, from standard hotels to five-star luxury options, usually available with breakfast service.

Flight and transportation: We will provide all the necessary transport services by privet vehicle.Trekking at the Himalayan region we provide domestic flight and privet vehicle service as your itinerary. 

Bank and cash: At the city there are several Banks, where you can change any foreign currency convert in local Nepali currency Rupees. Also, there are different ATM services, where you can use your Bank debit or credit cards for cash. At the mountain region all these service and facilities not available, you need to take cash local currency for your daily expenses.

Rescue and Insurance:  Nobody knowable when and where any one sick or injured. If you are seriously injured or sick drive to nearest clinic or hospital it takes long time. The easy and fast service by helicopter rescue service from Pokhara or Kathmandu. Which is really expensive, we suggest you, please issue a travel insurance policy from your home country if you doesn't have such policy, you can issue  at Kathmandu.

 

đź“… Trekking Seasons and Weather:

Choosing the right season is key to a memorable Himalayan experience. Here is a guide to the weather and views you can expect for our easy and short-duration treks.

Autumn Season (September - November) one of the spectacular, uninterrupted views of the mountains and high Himalaya. Perfect temperatures for trekking, making days enjoyable.
 
Spring Season (March - May) Spectacular clear views. The stable weather brings excellent visibility. Above 3,000m, beautiful landscape with Himalayan rhododendrons and various wildflowers in full blossom.
 
Winter Season (December to February) Clear skies at low elevations, the air is clean and visibility is excellent. Temperatures drop significantly in the morning and night, requiring warmer gear. If heavy snowfall, high passes may block, not possible to cross the passes. 

Summer Season (June - August) High rainfall and lush greenery (if you don't mind the rain). Generally, not suitable for trekking. Heavy raining, poor visibility, landslides, and high river levels that may block trekking trails and motor roads.
 

 đźŤ˝ď¸Ź Practical Trekking Details & Safety:

Trekking crew (Nepali staff): Without an experience trekking guide and trekking staff (cook, Sherpa helpers, kitchen boys and porters) any adventure trek is not possible. Trekking guide and Sherpa helpers will set up all tents, porters will carry all your heavy luggage. Trekking cook and kitchen staff prepare fresh, hot, and delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day for your service. Our entire Nepalese staff team works together even at elevations above 5,000 m. without hesitate.
 
Trekking activities and meals: Early in the morning, Sherpas and kitchen staff will bring a hot drink (coffee or tea) to your tent, followed by a bowl of warm water to freshen up. You can pack up your duffle bag for upcoming journey and join for the breakfast which will be served warm and fresh at the table with scenic panorama of mountains. In day time, you can stroll around peacefully, take scenic pictures and visit local villages, monasteries, or schools as you wish with your guide and Sherpas. 

In the afternoon at the camp, your tent will be set up, and your mattress and luggage will be brought inside the tent. The kitchen staff will bring warm or cold water to clean your face and hands. After freshening up, you can relax in the dining tent with hot drinks, biscuits, and cheese. You will have plenty of time to rest before dinner. Each day cook will prefer fresh buffet dinner, beginning with soup, minimum five cuisine with hot drinks. At dinner time, your guide will ask about the day's trek and explain the program for the next morning.

Camping equipment: Single or double tent with double mattresses for night accommodation, dinging tent with folding table and stools, kitchen tent and kitchen utensils, shower tent with solar hot shower bag, toilet tent and tents for staffs. 

Trekking equipment check list: Trekking boots, light shoes / trainers, down or fibre pile jacket, fleece or sweater, shirts (x 2), long and short trekking trousers (and /or long skirt for women), windproof jacket & trouser, waterproof poncho, sun hat, woollen cap, gloves, woollen socks (x 3), underwear.

Other essential items: Kitbag and padlock, small rucksack, down sleeping bag (4 seasons +) with inner liner, water bottle (1 litre capacity), head torch, personal first aid, sun and snow glasses/goggles, sun cream (factor 15+) & lip slave, towel & wash kit, whistle, passport, passport-size photographs, plastic bags, money belt.

Optional: Camera (with high-capacity memory cards and extra batteries), trekking poles / walking sticks, binoculars, notebook, pen etc.

Age is truly just a number on these routes; we recommend this trek for anyone who is physically fit and healthy. Men, women, and children between the ages of 18 to 70 years old can confidently join this adventure trip.
