Panch pokhari is one of less trekker’s regions at north east of Kathmandu at Jugal Himalayan region. There are not any local lodges or tea houses not available for accommodation. Only organize camping treks if possible. Tea and lodges are available after Sermathang village. The age doesn’t make any difference for this short trek, from 17 to 70 years, anyone can do this trip if you are physically fit and healthy.
From Kathmandu drive until the end of the motor road, the trek starts from Maidan. trek through rhododendron forest yak’s pasture, trek end at Helambu Tarke gyang. During the trek you can see a very clear view of Jugal Himalayan range and Gauri Shanker.
For camping trek, we provide two man sharing double tent or single supplement, with double mattress, dining tent with table and stools, Kitchen tent, Toilet tent, Shower tent, Kitchen utensils, an experienced trekking guide, Cook, Kitchen boys, Sherpa helper and porters. We provide buffet meals (breakfast + lunch + dinner) and hot drinks. We suggest every trekker bring your own sleeping bag, because of your size.
We will inform you all the details about this trek, before starting from Kathmandu. Trekking guide will inform you of all the details of each day’s trekking route and camp site at Panch pokhari and Helambu. End of the trek, for your experience of two nights at Helambu you will join Tea house trek.

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with flowers, drive to the star hotel as your booking, and welcome drinks at reception check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant our tour manager will brief you about trekking and other necessary information.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel, drive together with trekking staff by private vehicle until the end of motor road, on the way lunch stop at Chautara, After motor road walk about one hour for overnight camp at Maidan, good campsite with beautiful views.
After breakfast, begin your first day trek, a gradual climb through rhododendron forest to Attarmali for lunch. Today you will get a packed lunch (picnic) with hot tea or juice, because there is no water at the lunch place. After lunch, an easy trek with a beautiful view overnight camp at Chyochyo kharka. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, trek through yak’s pasture, lunch at rhododendron forest where water is available, after short rest trek continue gradual climb Nunthala Kharka, from Nunthala you can see very nice view of Jugal range, Gauri shanker and beautiful valleys. Descend to Hile Bhanjyang for overnight camp. 6 to 7 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Nosyampati, lunch and camp together because of water and camp site. From the camp you can see a very nice view of Himalaya, both side valley and village. 3 to 4 hours trek.
After breakfast, gradually ascend to Lauribina, trek continue to Panch Pokhari for lunch and camp together. There are five small lakes and one Hindu temple. 3 to 4 hours trek.
After breakfast, climb to a small pass. From the pass you can see very close and clear views of Dorje Lakpa, Urkeinma, Gangchenpo, Tilman’s pass, Gyalsten peak, and Gaurishanker. After a panoramic view back to camp for lunch, Afternoon just relax and walk around the lake.
After breakfast the same way back descend to Nosyampati for lunch follow another trail steep down to Chitrea Kharka for overnight camp. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, trek to Brongdo Gang Tamang village for lunch and gradually descend to Yari khola for overnight camp. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, gradually climb to Bolgaoun for lunch, trek continues through Salami village to Sermathang Helambu. From Sermathang, join the tea house trek. Overnight lodge accommodation twin sharing room. 6 to 7 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Ghangyul for lunch overnight lodge accommodation at Tarke gyang village. 6 to 7 hours trek.
After dinner Tips for trekking staff, trek successful gathering party with your staff and team members. Complete the trek.
After breakfast, visit the Tarke gyang, one of the famous monasteries and villages. After lunch, drive about 4 to 5 hours back to Kathmandu, welcome drinks at reception check in room, dinner as your choice at any restaurant.
After breakfast, the city guide will pick you up at a hotel, a short drive to Swyambhu nath, which is the oldest Buddhist stupa in the world, build 2,500 years ago. Visit around the stupa, offering the butter lamps, from Swayambhu you can see a very clear view of Kathmandu valley. Drive to Bhoudha, the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world, built in the late 15th or early 16th century. Around Bhouda there are several Buddhist monasteries. Visit around the stupa and different monasteries. After lunch, drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square for sightseeing, from Durbar square walk to Thamel tourist market sightseeing. Evening our representative will take you for a farewell Nepali typical dinner with a culture program. After dinner back to the hotel.
After breakfast or lunch, our representative will drive three hours before your flight time to the airport flight back to your destination. Complete the trip.
