15 days Phoksundo lake Dolpa trek

Dolpo is one of the remote trekking routes in the west Himalayan region, to reach Dolpa there are two options, by flight or road. By motor road it takes a long time, because Motor road after Surket is really danger and raff drive, we suggest all trekkers, Kathmandu to Nepalgunj afternoon flight, one-night stay at Nepalgunj, next morning flight from Nepalgunja to Juphal Dolpa.

The age doesn’t make any difference for this short trek, from 17 to 70 years, anyone can do this trip if you are physically fit and healthy. This is one of the less tourist areas, where only camping trek is possible, there are few tea houses and lodges on this route but neither good, nor comfortable for trekkers. For this trek, we provide two man sharing double tent with mattress and sleeping bag, dining tent with table and stools, kitchen tent with kitchen utensils, toilet tent, shower tent, trekking guide, cook, Kitchen boys, Sherpa helper and porters, meals (breakfast + lunch + dinner) and hot drinks. We suggest every trekker bring your own sleeping bag, because of your size.

This trek will start from Jufal airport, trek through Phoksundo lake, Baga la pass, Numa la pass, Dho Tarap village, Dunai Bazaar and end at Juphal airport. We will inform you all the details about this trek, before starting from Kathmandu. Trekking guide will inform you all the details, each day’s trekking route and camp site at this region.
