This is one of the less trekkers, adventure trekking routes at Khumbu, Everest region. During the trek you need to cross three high passes, Renjo La, 5,360m. Cho La 5,420 and Kongma La 5,534m. For the three high passes, you need to be really fit, because it takes a long day to cross the pass. Everest Khumbu valley is one of the most expensive Himalayan paradise trekking regions in Nepal, because flight cost, local porters, daily supply and accommodation.
For this trek the age doesn’t make any difference, from 17 to 70 years, anyone can do this trip if you are physically fit and healthy. Some trekkers start their trek from Kongma La, Cho La to Renjo La to Thame, as our experience better start from Thame, Lungden valley cross Renjo La, Cho La at last Kongma La descend to Chhukung valley, because of high altitude and easy routes. During the trek from the passes, you can get a spectacular view of Cho oyu, Gyachung kang, Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Pumo ri, Makalu, Baruntse, Chamlang, Amadablam, Thamserku, Tawuche, Kwongde and many other Himalayan border peaks.
During the pass crossing day, you have to take with enough drinks, to save your time. There are several Tourist standard hotels, lodges and restaurants available on the trail, except the three high passes.
We suggest you bring your own sleeping bag. Sometimes hotel or lodge blankets are not warm enough.This trek will start and end at Lukla airport. We will inform you all the details about this adventure tea house trek, before starting from Kathmandu, there will be one porter between two trekkers to carry 25 to 30 kg. luggage, one experienced trekking guide for a group, he /she will suggest a trekking route, meals and accommodation.

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with flowers, drive to the stars hotel as your booking, and welcome drinks at reception check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant our tour manager will brief you about trekking and other necessary information.
After breakfast at hotel, guide will pick up you, drive to airport about 35 minutes morning flight to Lukla (2,840m.) from airplane you can get excellent view of Jugal Himal range, Gauri Shanker, Dud Kunda and Kwangde. Lunch at Lukla, meet with porters. Start your first day trek about two hours to Ghat village if the flight is on time, if late flight because of weather or other problem overnight stay at Lukla Hotel.
After breakfast, an easy trek lunch at Benker trek continues, check national park entry permit at check post, accommodation at Jorsalle. 4 to 5 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Larcha dhoban, crossing the suspension bridge gradually ascends to Thoop Danda for lunch, from this place you can see the first view of Mt. Everest.Trek continues to Namche Bazaar for overnight hotel accommodation. There are several tourist standard hotels and lodges available at Namche. At Namche Bazaar different trekkers shops and ATM service are available for cash. 5 to 6 hours trek.
Rest for high acclimatization, visit Namche monastery, Sherpa village and national park museum overnight at the same hotel.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Thame village for lunch, visit the monastery at Thame, trek continue to Lundgen valley. Overnight accommodation at Marlung Tea house. 6 to 7 hours trek.
Early Morning after breakfast, start the trek, follow the trekking route to Renjo La, gradually ascend to Renjo La 5,360m. From Renjo pass you can see spectacular views of above 8,000m. Himalayan peaks, Makalu, Everest, Lhotse and many other Himalayan peaks. After panorama views and pack lunch, descend to Gokyo lake for overnight hotel or lodge accommodation at lodge. There are several tourist standard hotels and lodges available. Your guide will look for good accommodation for two nights at Gokyo. 7 to 8 hours trek.
After breakfast, in the early morning gradually climb Gokyo Ri 5,340m. It takes about two hours to get to the top, for the best Himalayan view. From Gokyo Ri you can get spectacular views of Cho you, Gyachung kang, Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kusum Khangkaru, Tawuche, Makalu, Baruntse, Chamlang and other many Himalayan peaks. After exploring the panorama views, and packing lunch, descend to Gokyo.
After breakfast, the trek passes through Nozumba glacier from 2nd lake, stopping for hot tea or soup at Taknak. After Taknak gradually ascends to Chu Gyama valley, climb to Cho La pass 5,420m. from pass you can see a nice view of Himalaya and valleys. After a panoramic view and pack lunch descend to Dzongla valley. Overnight accommodation at Tea house at Dzongla. 9 to 10 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy and beautiful trek to Lobuche for lunch, trek continues through Khumbu glacier to Gorak Shep for overnight lodge accommodation. From Lobuche Everest base camp trekking route will join. 5 to 6 hours trek.
For the nice view of Mt. Everest ascends to Kala pattar 5,545m. from Kala Pattar you can see a giant view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Pumo ri and Everest ice fall. Also, you can see spectacular view of Makalu, Baruntse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kusum Khangkaru, Tawuche and other many Himalayan peaks. After Himalayan view descend to Gorak Shep for lunch. Same route back, to Lobuche for overnight lodge accommodation. 5 to 6 hours trek.
Early morning breakfast, trek pass through Khumbu glacier follow the stones cairns, from end of the glacier gradually ascend to Kongma La 5,534m. after the panoramic view and pack lunch descend to Chhukung valley for overnight lodge accommodation. 7 to 8 hours trek.
After breakfast, take a pack lunch (picnic) with enough hot drinking water and gradually ascend to Chhukung Ri 5,800m. which is the highest elevation for you in this trek. From Chhukung Ri, you can get spectacular views of Makalu, Baruntse, Everesr, Lhotse south face, Ama Dablam and many other Himalayan peaks. After a panoramic view back to Chhukung, the same lodge. 5 to 6 hours up and down.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Pangboche for lunch, visit the oldest monastery in the Khumbu region, and continue to Thyangboche monastery. At Thyangboche there are several tourist standard hotels and lodges for overnight accommodation. Your guide will look for good accommodation for a two night stay at Thyangboche. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, visit the monastery, rest for an excellent panoramic view at Thyangboche monastery, where you feel very different environment. Day time take a hot shower and relax. Enjoy your holiday with a beautiful view of Himalayan paradise at Top of the world.
After breakfast descend to Phunki tenga, trek continue to Khumjung village 3,790m. for lunch, visit Everest view hotel (highest elevation’s hotel in world) descend to Namche for overnight hotel accommodation. 4 to 5 hours trek.
After breakfast trek to Phakding for lunch, trek continue Lukla for overnight hotel accommodation. 6 to 7 hours trek. After dinner Tips for your guide and porters Trek successful gathering party with your trekking staff and team members. Complete the trek.
After breakfast, fly out from Lukla to Kathmandu with a guide, a vehicle waiting for you at Kathmandu airport, drive to the hotel and welcome drinks at reception check in room. Afternoon free, Lunch and dinner as your choice at any restaurant.
After breakfast, your city guide will pick you up at the hotel, a short drive to Swayambhu, which is the oldest Buddhist stupa in the world, built 2,500 years ago. Visit around the stupa, offering butter lamps, from Swayambhu you can see a very clear view of Kathmandu valley. Drive to Bhoudda, biggest Buddhist stupa in the world, built in the late 15th or early 16th century. Around Bhouda there are several Buddhist monasteries. Visit around the stupa and different monasteries. After lunch, drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square for sightseeing, from Durbar square walk to Thamel tourist market sightseeing. Evening our representative will take you for a farewell Nepali typical dinner with a culture program. After dinner back to the hotel.
