Lobuche east peak (6,119m.) situated between Cho la and Pumori just above Labuche at Khumbu region. From the summit you can see an excellent view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Everest ice fall, base camp, Khumbu glacier, Pumori, Cholatse, Amadablam, Thamserku and many Himalayan views.
Trek will start from Lukla following the same trail for Mt. Everest base camp, after Thukla turn left for Lobuche east base camp. After the summit trek through Cho la pass, Gokyo lake, Thame valley back to Lukla. During this trek you can visit different Sherpa villages and Buddhist monasteries at Khumbu region. At Sagarmatha national park after Namche village you can see many wild animals and birds.
The age doesn’t make any difference for this trek, between 17 to 70 years, anyone can do this trip if you are physically fit and healthy. If someone is seriously injured or sick, only the option is rescued by a Helicopter if the weather is good. The Rescue is quite expensive, everyone needs to buy travel insurance from their own country. If not, available we will help. You can buy such insurance policies in Kathmandu too.
There are several Tourist standard hotels, lodge and restaurants available on the trail, which make it easy for this peak climbing and trekking. You need to use tents only for two nights at the base camp and high camp, other days you sleep at a hotel or lodge. We suggest every trekker bring their own down sleeping bag -20C. as your size with liner.
We will inform you all the details about this peak climbing and trekking, before starting from Kathmandu, there will be one porter between two trekkers to carry 20 to 25 kg. luggage, one experienced climbing guide for a group, he will suggest you about the trekking routes, peak climbing routes, meals, and accommodation.

Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport, our representative will welcome you with flowers, drive to star hotel as your booking, welcome drinks at the reception check in room. Dinner at your hotel’s restaurant our tour manager will brief you about peak climbing, trekking and other necessary information.
After breakfast, your guide will pick you up at the hotel, drive to the airport about, 35 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2840m.) During the short flight you can get an excellent view of Jugal Himal range, Gauri Shanker, Dudh Kunda and Kwangde. Lunch at Lukla meet with the porters, after lunch an easy trek about two hours to Ghat village if the flight on time, if case flight delay, because of weather or other problem overnight stay at Lukla Hotel.
After breakfast, an easy trek lunch at Benker. Trek continued to check the National park entry pass, accommodation at Jorsalle village. 4 to 5 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Larcha Dhoban, cross the suspension bridge gradually climb up to Thoop Danda for tea or lunch. From this place you can see the first view of Mt. Everest. Trek continues overnight hotel accommodation at Namche Bazaar. 6 to 7 hours trek.
At Namche bazaar, there are several hotels and lodges available. Your guide will find a good accommodation for your two-night stay at Namche. There are many trekkers shops, ATM and good Wi-Fi service.
Rest for high acclimatization visit Namche Sherpa villages, monastery and national park museum overnight same place. From outside the national park museum, you can see a spectacular view of Khumbu Himalaya.
After breakfast, an easy trek lunch at Sanasa after short rest an easy trek to Phungi Tenga, cross the Dudh koshi river bridge, gradually climb to Thyangboche monastery for overnight lodge or hotel accommodation. There are several hotels and lodges. Your guide will choose a good one for your accommodation. From Thyangboche you can see a spectacular view of Himalaya. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, visit Thyangboche monastery, easy trek cross the bridge, climb to visit Pangboche monastery for prayer, after lunch trek continue to Pheriche for overnight hotel accommodation. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, trek to Thukla for lunch. Gradually ascend to Lobuche east base camp for overnight tent accommodation. Your staff will cook dinner for you. Really beautiful campsite with running water and views. 5 to 6 hours trek.
Rest for high acclimatization, explore to high camp and back to base camp for lunch.
After breakfast climbed to high camp, the camp site was not comfortable but the view was really beautiful. 3 to 4 hours trek.
Check your climbing equipment. Your guides will give a detailed information about climbing, he will demonstrate about how to use crampons, rope, Ascender, how to ascend and descend. Today you have to take an early dinner and bed, because tomorrow you need to wake up early, the guide will inform you.
Early morning takes a cup of coffee or tea, take your torch light, start to climb. Your guide will fix the ropes as necessary and lead the climbing route. You need to follow him ascending up to the rocky ridge, which is really steep. You need to fix ropes for ascending and descending. From base camp to summit it takes about 4 to 5 hours to climb. From the summit you can see a spectacular view of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Everest ice fall, base camp, Khumbu glacier, Pumori, Cholatse, Amadablam, Thamserku, Khangtega, and many Himalayan peaks. At the summit there is enough place to stay, after panoramic views back to the high camp for lunch. After a short rest, the trek continues to Dzongla for overnight lodge accommodation. 8 to 9 hours.
Descending is more difficult than ascending, because you feel tired, very slippery, snow and rocks!! always keep fixing rope with your climbing harness.
After breakfast, gradually climb to Chola pass 5,330m. from pass you can see both sides at Everest and Gokyo Himalayan views and valleys. After pack lunch descending to Taknak for tea stop. Trek continues through Ngozumba glacier to Gokyo lake for overnight hotel or lodge accommodation. 6 to 7 hours trek.
After breakfast, early morning gradually climbs Gokyo Ri 5,340m. from Gokyo Ri you can get excellent views of Cho you, Gyachung khang, Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Tawuche, Makalu and many Himalayan peaks and glaciers. After pack lunch and panoramic views descend to Gokyo at the same lodge or hotel.
After breakfast, gradually descend to Macharma for lunch, trek continues overnight lodge or hotel accommodation at Dole. 6 to 7 hours trek.
After breakfast, descend to Forste Tanga after tea break short climb to Mong Danda for lunch, trek continues to Khumjung village for overnight lodge or hotel accommodation. There are several hotels and lodges available at Khumjung village. 6 to 7 hours trek.
After breakfast visit Khumjung Monastery and Khunde hospital or Everest view hotel, trek through Syangboche airport lunch at Thamo, trek continue to Thame village. 6 to 7 hours trek.
Visit Thame monastery, same way back to Namche for lunch, after short rest, descend to the Bhote koshi river, an easy trek to Monjo for overnight lodge accommodation. 5 to 6 hours trek.
After breakfast, an easy trek to Choplung for lunch, trek continues to Lukla for overnight hotel accommodation. 4 to 5 hours trek.
After dinner Tips for trekking staff, peak summit and trek successful gathering parties with staff and team members. Complete the trek.
After breakfast 35 minutes flight to Kathmandu, vehicle waiting for you at Kathmandu airport, drive to the hotel, welcome drinks at the reception check in room. Lunch and dinner as you choose at any restaurant.
After breakfast, the city guide will pick you up at hotel, short drive to Swayambhu, which is oldest Buddhist stupa in the world, build 2,500 years ago. Visit around the stupa, offering the butter lamps, from Swayambhu you can see a very clear view of Kathmandu valley. Drive to Bhoudha, biggest Buddhist stupa in the world, build late 15th or early 16th century. Around Bhoudha there are several Buddhist monasteries. Visit around the stupa and different monasteries. After lunch drive to Kathmandu Durbar Square for sightseeing, from Durbar square walk to Thamel tourist market sightseeing. Evening our representative will take you for a farewell Nepali typical dinner with a culture program. After dinner, back to the hotel.
